Cancellation policies

The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to one month before the arrival date. If you cancel it when there are 14 days or less of arrival, 50% of the amount will be refunded and within 7 days nothing will be refunded, except for cleaning and tourist tax, which will be returned in full. This policy has as exceptions causes of force majeure, in these cases, documentation that justifies it as a medical certificate, etc. will be required.

The hosts were very responsive, really helpful and gave brilliant check-in instructions. The apartment is in a good location in Baqueira, maybe 5 mins walk to the lifts. Would definitely stay again if we go back to Baqueira
