Terms and Conditions
The amount of the deposit is paid by bank transfer 7 days prior to the arrival (sending proof of payment to mount@seamountrentals.com). The refund is made by bank transfer within a maximum period of 7 days after the end of your vacation, as long as no damage has been left during the stay and the inventory of the apartment is verified. The return of the deposit will be made to the account number that has been previously provided in the customer registration form. In addition, the deposit will be retained, totally or partially, when damage to the apartment caused by the client has been found. Furthermore, a charge of € 50 will be deducted from the return of the deposit when the apartment is not returned in reasonable condition, that is, as it is specified in the regulations (leaving the kitchen dirty and untidy, moving the furniture, leaving garbage…).
Tourist Tax
It must be paid by bank transfer 7 days before your arrival. The amount is € 0.90 per night and person from 16 years old (Children under 16 years old are exempt). This amount is not included in the price “since it depends on the number of adults”. Once paid, proof of payment must be sent to mount@seamountrentals.com.
Payment Method
Reservations made online must be paid by bank transfer, 50% of the amount at the time of making the reservation. The remaining amount, that is, 50% reservation + Deposit + Tourist tax, will be paid 14 days prior to the arrival day. It is essential to send proof of payment to mount@seamountrentals.com to confirm the reservation. In the event there are less than 14 days left for your arrival and we have not received the payment of the entire reservation, this one can be cancelled, this is why it is very important to make payments within the established deadlines and send the appropriate documents and proofs of payments. As soon as the first payment is made, the reservation is automatically confirmed and the calendar is blocked. At SeaMount Rentals we work through a payment gateway of absolute security and confidentiality. We use a security protocol used by Internet servers to transmit sensitive information safely. The brokerage commissions are already included in the price. We take care of the management throughout the stay; We are not mere intermediaries.
Check In
The time of entry into the accommodation on the day of your arrival starts from 5pm. In case it has been prepared before, you will be notified by a WhatsApp message, SMS or mail, so you can enter earlier if you wish. A few days before the day of entry, an email will be sent with all the information regarding the collection of keys and arrival at the accommodation.
Check Out
The maximum time of departure from the apartment is at 11am. You have to leave the keys on the table, close the door and send a WhatsApp, SMS or email to notify that the apartment has already been left. If you want to leave later, you should contact us and we will let you know if it possible and if there is any extra charge.
Parties / Events
The accommodation is located in a building with residential homes, so respect for the rest of the neighbours is of the utmost importance, we trust in your judgement and sense of responsibility. The NO NOISE schedule is from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. Parties, loud music and / or other events are strictly forbidden in the accommodation; in case of receiving complaints from neighbours and / or notification to the police, SeaMount Rentals can vacate the accommodation regardless of the time. The person who owns the reservation is responsible for ensuring that all occupants of the accommodation comply with and respect the rules.
Cradle Kit
We have travel cot kits equipped with a mattress, duvet, pillow and sheets, as well as high chairs for the youngest members of the family. In case you need a cot kit and/or high chair, you can reflect it when making the reservation or communicate it directly to us at least 5 days before the day of arrival.
Identity / Passport Document
Before your arrival at the accommodation, it is essential to send the national identity cards (on both sides), or passport of all the occupants to mount@seamountrentals.com.
On the day of departure, the accommodation will be left as similar to how it was found upon arrival. It is not allowed to leave garbage, dirty dishes or move the furniture. In the event that this rule is not complied with, the proportional part of the cost of the extra cleaning caused will be withheld from the deposit.
Change of Accommodation
If for reasons beyond the control of SeaMount Rentals such as; Serious malfunctioning of any of the household’s equipment, floods, fires or any other incident of force majeure, the reserved accommodation could not be offered to the client, from Sea Mount Rentals we commit ourselves to change the accommodation for another of similar characteristics as long as there is availability. Otherwise, or if the client does not agree with the change, the reservation can be cancelled and receive a full refund of the amount paid up until that moment, except, where appropriate, in the part that corresponds to the rental period that it would have been already enjoyed and in the event that an incident occurred during the stay. SeaMount Rentals will not assume any other responsibility for the total or partial cancellation of the reservation.
Both the maximum occupancy of the accommodation and the number of beds and their distribution, is indicated on the apartment description. All children, regardless of their age, count when calculating the maximum capacity of the accommodation. This capacity cannot be exceeded by adding adults and children. Babies 0-2 years old who sleep in a crib do not count.
Domestic Animals
Some of our accommodations allow pets, and it is reflected in the accommodation description, in case you want to bring your pet, ALWAYS, please, you must inform us so that we are aware. Pets are not allowed on the beds and/or sofas. This is your responsibility. If this occurs, it is likely that part of the deposit will be withheld to cover the costs of the extra cleaning that this involves. In the accommodations where animals are not allowed, there are no exceptions, since it is totally prohibited.
Change of Reservation Dates
Any changes that you want to make regarding the dates of the reservation, both entry and exit, must be communicated in writing to mount@seamountrentals.com and indicating the desired change, name of the reservation holder, name of the accommodation and telephone number. We will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the availability of the accommodation. It is not possible to modify the dates of a reservation within the penalty period for cancellation of the same reservation.
All our apartments are homes for tourist use, regulated by Law 13/2002, of June 21, on tourism in Catalonia. Autonomous Community of Catalonia. “DOGC” nº3669, of July 3, 2002 and have all the legal requirements to be offered to guests.
In case of violation of any of the above conditions, Sea Mount Rentals reserves the right to demand the immediate abandonment of the accommodation and the termination of the rental contract, without the client being able to request a refund of the amount of the reservation (both in its proportional part to the stay enjoyed as the total), nor any type of compensation for the execution of this measure.
