Xaloc is a wonderful apartment located on the second and last floor of the building, with a large terrace from which to enjoy wonderful views of both the sea, the town and the nature that surrounds it.
Decorated with great taste and warmth, it is prepared so you can feel at home and spend an unforgettable vacation in an idyllic place.
The apartment is distributed in a living-dining room with direct access to the terrace, a modern fully equipped independent kitchen with plenty of storage space, two bedrooms with a double bed, a third bedroom with two 90cm twin beds and a complete bathroom with a bathtub.
The community in which this apartment is located is very quiet, nice and pleasant. Its neighbours or visitants can enjoy the communal facilities at their disposal, swimming pools, a playground for the little ones in the family, gardens, a tennis court and a sports court.
There is a covered parking space on the street, next to the apartment.

Cancellation policies

The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date. If you cancel between 29 days and 15 days before arrival, 50% of the amount will be refunded and if you cancel 14 days or less, nothing will be refunded, except for cleaning and the tourist tax, which will be returned in full. This policy has exceptions due to force majeure, in these cases, documentation that justifies it such as a medical certificate, etc. will be required.
