Cosy, new and modern apartment located in the idyllic mountain village of Valencia d'Àneu, in Pallars Sobirá, in the heart of the Pyrenees. A wonderful village that has an interesting heritage made up of a Romanesque church and old wooden and stone houses, a unique medieval touch that make it very attractive and interesting in addition to the nature that surrounds it.
The apartment is distributed in a cozy living room, fireplace and terrace, a fully equipped open kitchen, a complete bathroom with a bathtub, a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a bunk bed, the lower bed being a double bed, for which has a total capacity for 5 people.
It has a parking space and a ski storage closet, as well as a nice and pleasant communal garden area.
Only 2 km away from Esterri D'Aneu, village where you have everything you may need to buy, a municipal swimming pool, hotel with Spa, and the Noguera Pallaresa river. A river where in the next village of Llavorsí (15km), you can practice all sorts of river descending activities, canyoning and other adventure sports.
In winter the slopes of Baqueira Beret are 12 km away and those of Espot 18 km.

Cancellation policies

The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to one month before the arrival date. If you cancel it when there are 14 days or less of arrival, 50% of the amount will be refunded and within 7 days nothing will be refunded, except for cleaning and tourist tax, which will be returned in full. This policy has as exceptions causes of force majeure, in these cases, documentation that justifies it as a medical certificate, etc. will be required.

Un alojamiento cómodo y muy limpio. Hemos pasado una semana fantástica. Buena ubicación para esquiar. La comunicación muy buena a la llegada y a la salida. Recomendable!!
