Apartment located in Pleta de Nin de Beret, a few meters from the Esquirós chairlift at Cota 1700. The two most outstanding characteristics of this apartment are undoubtedly its brightness, since it receives many hours of sunlight a day and the spectacular views that can be enjoyed from the terrace of both the resort and the Ruda Valley.
The apartment has a maximum occupancy of 6 people, it offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A master bedroom with a full bathroom and two other bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a trundle bed, both share the second full bathroom of the apartment.
It also has an open style kitchen and a cosy living room with a large windows, fireplace and terrace, all with rustic decoration to make you feel warm and at home in the mountains. It has a parking space and a ski storage closet in the same building. Wi-Fi included.

Cancellation policies

The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date. If you cancel between 29 days and 15 days before arrival, 50% of the amount will be refunded and if you cancel 14 days or less, nothing will be refunded, except for cleaning and the tourist tax, which will be returned in full. This policy has exceptions due to force majeure, in these cases, documentation that justifies it such as a medical certificate, etc. will be required.

Opinions

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sehr gepflegt.
Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur vor Ort ist sehr einfach und angenehm. Fragen werden sehr schnell beantwortet und Probleme sehr schnell gelöst. Die nicht funkionierende Waschmaschine wurde direkt ausgetauscht.

Leider ist die Wohnung recht hellhörig. Das eigentlich sehr positive Erlebnis wurde durch laute Bauarbeiten in der Nachbarwohnung deutlich getrübt. Aufgrund des Lärms konnten wir die Wohnung bei schlechtem Wetter nicht nutzen.
