Carabela, Sobremar

  A nice, simple flat that was perfect for a family of four for a week. The pool is fantastic. Flat is perfectly placed for beach visits and a 15 minute walk into town.

  El estado del apartamento no era correcto. No es un apartamento maravilloso como se publicita. Le falta comodidad (por ejemplo los colchones som muy malos), mantenimiento y más limpieza. Se pasa mucho calor ya que, sólo tiene un ventilador poco potente para las tres estancias. La entrada al apartamento es demasiado tarde 17:00h y la salida a las 11:00h. Lo único bueno es la piscina que es grande y bien cuidada. El precio es caro, mejor irse a un buen hotel.

  A very nice flat on a perfect location. The whole apartment complex is nicely maintained with a green setting, the pool area is a great too.
The sea is a very short walk away, for numerous swimming spots (bring your reef shoes though!).
The walk into town along the water is very pleasant.
Everything is true to the listing description.
Check-in/check-out and communication are very smooth.

At the time of my booking we were requested to pay additional tourist fees and provide copies of travel documents - which is fine according to the Spanish law but was an unexpected step as it was not stated in the description.

The on-site parking is very convenient and the whole are is very peaceful and quiet. (With one exception where on our last night, the people downstairs decided to have loud conversations and chain smoke at 1-2am at night! With the heat and no air con in this flat= open windows, means somewhat of a rough night. Don’t know if they were the owners or just casual renters who just arrived for the weekend. But at the same time it’s just a part of any communal living :-)

All and all I do recommend this place and would stay here again.
